Any personal details provided to www.donnasgro.com including your name, address, telephone number and email will not be given to any 3rd party or individual outside of Donna Sgro.
PRICING
Pricing is in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and includes GST. International orders may be subject to additional customs duties or taxes in the destination country. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the local customs authority for these details and Donna Sgro will not be held liable for customs charges. Donna Sgro reserves the right to change pricing as necessary and without notice.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
The Donna Sgro Online Store processes payments via PayPal. This is an easy, cost effective and convenient way to trade online. Through PayPal, payments can be made via your bank account or Credit Card and your privacy and online security protected. For more information visit the PayPal website.
AVAILABILITY
Every effort is made to ensure that the products displayed on www.donnasgro.com are available at the time of purchase. If a product is in fact not available for whatever reason, notification will be given as soon as possible and the options of either a refund will be given or a suitable exchange offered.
PRODUCT DISPLAY/COLOURS
Donna Sgro attempts to display products online as accurately as possible. Please note that differences in colour are likely to occur when viewing online with different computer monitors and therefore what you see online cannot be guaranteed to match the product colour exactly.
PROCESSING OF ORDERS
Orders will be processed within 3 days of their receipt. Depending on your destination, the time taken to receive your order will depend on Australia Post delivery schedules.
SHIPPING – AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
Postage and handling charges are additional to the display price and calculated at the checkout. Orders within Australia will be sent via Registered Post and require a signature on delivery. Please provide an appropriate daytime address in order to be available to sign for your order.
Postage and handling rates for Australian orders are as follows:
$9.50 flat rate for accessories Australia wide.
$14.50 flat rate for garments Australia wide.
If multiple items are ordered, the charge will be an additional $5.00 for each garment and $2.50 for each accessory, calculated at the checkout.
SHIPPING – INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders will be sent via Australia Post Registered Post International which has a delivery timeframe of 3-10 working days. For most countries, the delivery will require a signature to receive the order, so please provide an appropriate daytime address.
International orders may be subject to additional Customs Duties and/or Taxes in the destination country. It is the customer’s responsibility to inquire about any such charges. Donna Sgro will not be held liable for these type of additional charges.
Postage and handling rates for international orders are as follows:
$25.00 flat rate for accessories
$35.00 flat rate for garments
If multiple items are orderd, the charge will be an additional $5.00 for each accessory and $7.50 for each garment, calculated at the checkout.
RETURNS
All items are thoroughly checked for quality control before being despatched from Donna Sgro. If an item is however received in a faulty condition, it may be returned to Donna Sgro provided that advice is given in writing via email within 5 days of receiving the order.
EXCHANGES
If the item ordered turns out to be the wrong size, it may be exchanged for another product provided that advice is given in writing via email within 5 days of receiving the order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES CONDITIONS
All returns and exchanges must be notified in writing via email to Donna Sgro within 5 days of receiving the order. Acceptance of the return or exchange will be given by Donna Sgro via email, together with return instructions, options for exchange and the returns delivery address. In both cases it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for additional postage required to return the item.
Returns and Exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any items returned or exchanged must be received by Donna Sgro in original condition – unused, unworn, and with all packaging and tags intact. Provided the product is received in this original condition, a refund will be given or a product exchange organised. In the case of an exchange, postage will be invoiced to the customer. In the case of a refund, the original value will be refunded less the original postage cost.
